Instruction on how to D.I.Y state flag windmill (Easy as 1 2 3)

Step 1: cut the rope to the desired length for the state flag windmill.

Step 2: slot the rope through the hole at the center of the windmill.

Step 3: decide how far apart for each windmill & secure the position of the
windmill with cable tie 1 infront & the other 1 at the back of the windmill to block it from moving
up & down the rope.

Now you are ready to fly windmill & start spinning your windmill state flag.
